Earlier today, the US-based cryptocurrency exchange, Coinbase Pro on Twitter, announced that it will carry out a scheduled maintenance of its database.

Coinbase Pro is a US-based cryptocurrency exchange which was launched in May 2018, as a development of GDAX which was founded by Coinbase three years ago. It was designed especially for crypto traders. Coinbase Pro is committed to offering services for the crypto traders’ specific requirements.
Coinbase Pro was more than a renaming of the platform. Many features were added to Coinbase Pro such as simpler withdrawal and deposit processes; and advanced charts that permit users to easily access and scroll the historical data. It had also added a new portfolio view named ‘My wallets’ that allows users to view their account balances and orders with ease. It was a redesigned platform to aid the traders to develop their user experience in a more easier and intuitive way.
It would be an Hour-long Maintenance
According to the tweet, the company will carry out Scheduled maintenance on October 25, 01:00 UTC. The exchange also informed the customers that this time is equivalent to October 24th, 6:00 pm (as per Pacific standard time).
The exchange further reported that the maintenance will last for one hour and during this period Coinbase Prime and Coinbase Pro will be offline. All the resting orders would remain in force. All the customers were requested to cancel transactions and resting orders before the live trading resumes again.

The Crypto industry has become very eager since the Coinbase Pro announce its Scheduled maintenance on the Database. The cryptocurrency traders are conscious that the firm had earlier shown interest in listing five major crypto assets such as Cardano (ADA), Stellar (XLM), Ox (ZRX) and two other.
Coinbase Pro had earlier listed Ox (ZRX) and was the first exchange to provide trading services of the digital asset. For this reason, the crypto-traders are curious whether the exchange is planning to add the other four digital assets via the Scheduled maintenance.
The exchange requested the users to subscribe to the incident and stay updated on market status during the scheduled maintenance. They further thanked the users for their support and patience.
