Paris-Co’s D3 presents its 2nd promotion of start-ups specializing in customer experience

The second start-up promotion of the D3, the innovation platform dedicated to the retail and service customer experience of Paris-Co, will welcome 7 new start-ups.

Almost a year after its launch, the D3 of Paris-Co will welcome its second start-up promotion. This selection, presented on March 3, 2020, is made up of 7 new start-ups specializing in the customer experience. Among the trends emerging this year are “blockchain technology, the experiential point of sale with immersive solutions or the augmented seller through artificial intelligence,” the incubator lists. It should be noted that 16 start-ups were selected in the first promotion last April.

Based in Boulogne-Billancourt, the D3 from Paris-Co allows start-ups with an individual support system, a programme of sectoral interventions and business support. The place’s mission is to facilitate meetings and exchanges between start-ups, large groups and institutional and private experts in the retail and service ecosystem. The incubator partners AG2R La Mondiale, Française Des Jeux (FDJ) and L’Oréal.
