It digs into the mechanics that let tokenized treasuries, private credit, and real estate become usable collateral in lending pools, automated market makers, and yield aggregators. Instead of treating tokenization as a one-way bridge, HTX frames it as a feedback loop: off-chain assets generate on-chain yield, which pulls in more capital to be tokenized, tightening the link between traditional finance and DeFi.

Developer Activity and Infrastructure Race
For the loop to work at scale, blockchains must deliver high throughput, low fees, and reliable developer tools. This builder activity matters because RWA-DeFi convergence needs more than simple ERC-20 minting. Uncertainties around standardization remain. Different jurisdictions treat tokenized assets under varying legal frameworks, and cross-chain interoperability for RWAs is fragmented. HTX notes that while a unified financial loop is technically achievable, the path depends on whether common settlement standards and unified KYC/AML rails emerge fast enough to keep the flywheel turning without introducing friction.
