The Story Of Boruto 

A spin-off of and sequel to Masashi Kishimoto’s Naruto, Boruto follows the story of Naruto’s son Boruto Uzumaki and his nakama in Konohagakure as they grow up in the aftermath of Naruto becoming Hokage. Boruto: Naruto Next Generations is a manga series written by Ukyō Kodachi and illustrated by Mikio Ikemoto. The manga has been generally well-received in Japan with the compilations appearing as top sellers multiple times.

Kodachi not only writes the manga but also supervises the story of the anime and sometimes even Kishimoto sensei helps out. So far the anime series has used eighteen pieces of theme music, six openings(OP) and twelve ending songs(ED).

Fillers and Anime go together

Boruto is full of fillers. By our calculations, Boruto is actually more than 80% filler. Anime lovers like us abhor fillers, not only because they are not what the mangaka intended or because they keep us from what we actually want to see but because most often they simply suck. We know that fillers are necessary to maintain a distance between the manga and the anime, giving the mangaka time to produce more content and the anime studios more time and overall content to work with when producing the episodes. If the studios don’t come up with fillers the only other way is to go on hiatus while the manga moves on.
