ABCC crypto exchange recently on Twitter announced it has partnered with the ninth major cryptocurrency ‘TRON(TRX)’.

Later Justin Sun, TRON’s founder confirmed the news and appreciated the exchange via Twitter. Through the partnership, ABCC has become the first cryptocurrency exchange to list TRC-10 tokens. The announcement came just a few days after the exchange revealed it is working to list both TRC-10 and TRC-20 on their platform.

What is TRC 10?
While TRC10 is a technical standard for the tokens that are backed by crypto’s native blockchain without the implementation of TVM. TRC20, on the other hand, is also a technical standard used for smart contracts that deploy tokens with the TVM. And it is also completely compatible with Ethereum’s ERC20 standard tokens. Soon post the announcement, ABCC website pops up a notice which shows ‘system upgrade’. As a result, the website was down for users. The platform states that the withdrawals, trades, visits, and deposits are halted from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM (UTC+8) on January 15.

The Ex-CSO of BitTorrent urged that Tron would be unable to manage necessary transaction volume required to tokenize torrent customer. TRON after acquiring BitTorrent used its own protocol to rollout a crypto token for the platform called BTT earlier in January. TRON’s native token TRX is currently at ninth major cryptocurrency by market capitalization at $1.6 billion. Currently, TRON (TRX) is trading at $0.024 with a market cap of $1 billion as per the data obtained from CoinMarketCap.
Nevertheless, Upbit, Binance, Huobi, Bithumb, OKEx are major market players that contribute to the huge volume of trading to TRON.
